ABOUT FRANK CO & THE CHAIN

The Frank Impact Company (Frank Co) partners with brands and suppliers to map supply chains, identify red flags, and implement hands-on solutions for improvement. Our consultancy approach is designed to save brands from costly fees and prevent factories from losing valuable time.

The Chain was developed in direct response to our clients’ struggles with digital product passports (DPPs) and supply chain data collection. Existing tools were often too expensive, too narrow in scope, or too complex to integrate into day-to-day operations. The Chain solves this by combining affordability with functionality: it brings together everything brands and suppliers need in one place—tracking wages, certifications, product data, audits, and compliance progress—while being simple enough for factories to use without disruption

Our mission

Our mission is to provide fashion brands with software that ensures transparency and accountability in their supply chains at a price they can afford. As global due diligence laws evolve, we help our clients navigate compliance with ease and foster ethical practices. Together, we can transform the fashion industry into a model of sustainability and integrity, where informed decisions lead to a brighter future for all stakeholders.

Our vision

Our vision at The Chain is to revolutionise the fashion industry by providing attainable technology solutions that empower brands to effectively track their supply chains. We believe that by lowering the cost of supply chain management, we can enable brands to reinvest more in their operations, ultimately increasing wages and fostering innovation within factories. Our goal is to create a sustainable and equitable fashion ecosystem where profit is balanced with responsibility, ensuring a brighter future for workers and the industry as a whole

Our values

Our core values centre around people and the planet. We are committed to helping to foster ethical practices within fashion supply chains by providing the tools to brands to become transparent. We believe that if brands can trust their supply chains, feeling confident they are following global laws, this will go towards them supporting workers, and opting or sustainable practices that protect our environment. By prioritising social responsibility and environmental stewardship, we aim to support our brands in creating a fashion industry that values integrity, innovation, and the well-being of all stakeholders.
