Digital Product Passport (DPP):
Each DPP dashboard is created individually. Once you’ve signed up — including for a free trial — please email info@the-chain.co.uk so we can set up your dashboard.
Licensing Agreement:
By signing up you are agreeing to our licensing agreement please read before. A copy of the agreement will be emailed to you after registering. Please ensure you’ve read the agreement before signing up. If you have any questions, contact us at info@the-chain.co.uk.
Your Data:
If you cancel your subscription or decide not to continue after the free trial, your data will be automatically deleted after 10 days for privacy reasons. You can resubscribe within that 10-day window to retain your data. Please note: Your data will not be retrievable after this time period.
Trial Users:
After your one-month free trial, you’ll be given the option to choose one of our subscription packages. Your data will be deleted after the ten day timeframe if a subscription package is not selected.
